Named president of Florida's largest independently owned brokerage, The Keyes Company, in 2023, Pappas became president of Illustrated Properties as well in 2025. Keyes and Illustrated partnered in 2016 but have retained distinct brands. Christina joined The Keyes Company, which her father still leads as CEO, as an agent in 2011. The family-owned brokerage first launched in 1926 and is now under its fourth generation of family leadership.
