Wilcox leads Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, an Anywhere Real Estate brand with more than 11,000 agents and $23 billion in annual sales. In 2025, the brand continued to add new affiliates and launched the comprehensive Trendmaker Accreditation program to share consumer behavior, design trends, smart-home technology, outdoor living and other insights with affiliated agents. Prior to joining BHGRE in 2023, Wilcox worked as co-CEO at Anywhere joint venture RealSure.
