Grant has developed a collaborative and strong culture as head of Florida Realtors, the nation's largest state Realtor association with nearly 200,000 members. In 2025, the association launched a custom, mobile and web e-signature tool and grew its international partnerships with real estate associations in Japan. Before becoming CEO in 2019, Grant served as chief operating officer and general counsel for the association.
