De la Vega leads Coral Gables-based One Sotheby’s International Realty, which she co-founded with her son Daniel in 2008. As CEO, she oversees approximately 1,350 agents who do nearly $6.5 billion in annual sales, making the firm the 28th largest in the US. She began her real estate career in the 1990s as a Coldwell Banker sales associate.
