Forsythe has been the chief marketing officer at eXp Realty, the nation’s third-largest brokerage with approximately 65,000 agents who do over $150 billion in annual sales, since 2024. Forsythe has also held executive roles at Compass, Fathom Holdings and HomeSmart. The seasoned industry executive began her real estate career in Nova Scotia in 1994 and was at that time the youngest licensed broker in the Canadian province’s history.
