Masiello oversees The Masiello Group, a New England-based firm that his father founded in 1966. In addition to its approximately 450 agents who do over $1.5 billion in annual sales, the company includes title and referral real estate services, among others. Masiello currently serves as the firm’s chairman and was previously its president and CEO from 1987 to 2024.
