Mitchell and Crumbley co-own the Tampa Bay, Florida-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, which has over 800 agents who do approximately $1.5 billion in annual sales. They also co-own Capstone Tropical Holdings, which comprises the brokerage along with title, insurance and facilities management groups. The duo played college football together at the University of Alabama under Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant.
