Elmer oversees real estate technology provider Burrow. The company’s all-in-one solution combines CRM, website, business management, lead generation and marketing tools. It is used by many brands, including The Agency, REMAX Alliance, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Elmer started at Burrow, which was then known as IDC Global, in 2016 and became its CEO in August 2022.
