Fregenal leads North Carolina-based Fathom Holdings, a publicly traded firm on the Nasdaq that operates Fathom Realty, the 18th largest brokerage in the US with 14,300 agents and $13 billion in annual sales. The fee-based brokerage has grown quickly since its launch in 2010, in part through the revenue-sharing and equity-grant features of its model. In 2025, the firm launched a new agent program, which provides additional marketing and support for agents at 20% splits.
