As head of Century 21 Canada, one of the franchise brand’s most successful regions globally, Charlwood oversees approximately 400 offices. In 2025, the firm launched a new property management division — backed by its former Real Property Management Canada’s staff — and made investments to improve alignment between its real estate and mortgage services. Charlwood is also CEO of the Charlwood Pacific Group, which owns Century 21 Asia-Pacific and Canadian mortgage broker network Centum Financial Group. Charlwood’s father launched the firm in 1976.
