State Realtor associations are categorized into nine US Census regions, with the associations on each regional page organized by membership tiers based on year-end totals as of Dec. 31, 2025.
A regional perspective offers an appraisal of geographic patterns — including concentration of membership, relative market scale, and recent consolidation — and illuminates how adjacent states share or diverge in association structure and capacity. These pages are intended to supply comparative, regionally consistent context while aligning with the Almanac’s tiered reporting approach (membership ranges rather than precise ranked head-counts), which was adopted to balance analytic clarity with reporting constraints.
