As 2024 president, 32-year-old Tian is the youngest person to lead the Asian Real Estate Association of America. In this role, she will represent the group’s over 18,000 members in 43 chapters throughout North America. The CEO of the Beverly Hills, California-based RealiFi Realty, which she co-founded in June 2023, Tian began her career at Rodeo Realty in 2012, before graduating from UCLA. She is also on the board of the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
