Alvarez founded Miami-based Xcellence Realty to unify mortgage, insurance, and title at one real estate brokerage. Alravez is CEO and qualifying broker owner of the Miami, Florida-based firm which reports it has closed over 20,000 transactions for more than $3 billion in sales since its 2005 launch. He is also CEO of RealtyBackOffice.com, a technology for automating Realtor tasks with a nationwide reach, which he founded in 2015.
