As CEO of the Schmidt Family of Companies, Schmidt oversees over 1,900 agents at over 90 Coldwell Banker- and Century 21-branded offices in Michigan, Ohio, both coasts of Florida, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who do over $4.2 billion in annual sales. He is the fifth generation to lead the company, which has been family-owned since 1927.
