Rivera led the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as president in 2023. CEO of the Utah-based Novation Title Insurance Agency she founded in 2015, she has previously served on the board of directors of the immensely influential association, which has over 100 chapters and over 40,000 real estate professional members.
