On the heels of their time at The Real Brokerage as chief cultural officer and chief strategy officer, Erinn and Peter Nobel founded their own real estate brokerage, ENRG Realty. Launched in late 2023 as a rebranding of their Neue Realty Group to help agents grow their business without agent recruitment requirements, the new firm is based in Washington state. The couple also previously worked in leadership at eXp Realty and its parent eXp World Holdings.
