Bouhia joined the National Association of Realtors in late 2023 to work as its chief marketing and communications officer. Most recently Ernst & Young’s chief communications officer for the Americas, Bouhia has over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications. The trustee of the Institute of Public Relations joins NAR at a time of change with the association dealing with high-profile sexual misconduct allegations, class-action antitrust lawsuits against NAR, and an interim CEO appointed within a month of her start.
