As president and CEO of Realtracs, White leads the largest MLS in Tennessee with nearly 20,000 users. Since he started Realtracs in 1996, it has grown to cover Tennessee and reach into Alabama, Georgia, and Kentucky. White has overseen the company’s technological evolution including becoming the only MLS in the southeast with entirely in-house code. In 2023, White spearheaded the launch of a Southeast MLS alliance integrating data from the largest MLSs in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
