LaCosta chairs the board of directors for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. The by-invitation-only network reportedly connects 550 firms and 134,000 sales associates in more than 70 countries. LaCosta also oversees Howard Hanna Coach Realtors, a Long Island-based luxury real estate firm, as broker-owner. The family-owned Coach Realtors joined forces with Howard Hanna in 2023.
