Lessinger became senior vice president for Re/Max region development in 2023. In this role, she leads a 65-member team and oversees strategic growth of Re/Max company-owned regions in the U.S. Her role entails recruiting, retention, franchise development, and sales. Lessinger joined the brand in 1998 as an agent in Reno, Nevada, and went on to become a broker-owner overseeing more than 130 agents in three offices.
