O’Connell leads the day-to-day operations of Long Island, New York-based Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, which has over 800 agents who do over $4 billion in annual sales. With a background in public and employee communications for an insurance company, she came to Daniel Gale in 2007, when the firm acquired her real estate business.
