President of Allen Tate Companies since 2021, Scott oversees Allen Tate Companies, the subsidiary of Howard Hanna’s largest brokerage brand in the Carolinas with approximately 2,100 agents. Allen Tate continues to grow, including through acquisition, notably with the acquisition of large Asheville, North Carolina firm Beverly-Hanks Realtors in 2022. With more than 30 years industry experience, Scott has held leadership positions at Long & Foster, Patterson-Schwartz, and Prudential Preferred.
