As president and CEO of Houlihan Lawrence, Nunan oversees approximately 1,450 agents in 32 offices in and around upstate New York and Connecticut. She began her real estate career in property management before joining another HomeServices of America company, and joined Houlihan Lawrence as chief operating officer in 2018. Nunan also serves on the board of the Mid-Hudson MLS.
