Choo begins his 10th year at Zillow Group as its new chief operating officer. Appointed COO in November 2024, Choo oversees Zillow’s for sale business strategy and operations and the company’s real estate industry product lines, sales and operations. He joined Zillow in 2015 with the acquisition of Trulia. Prior to that he had worked in the real estate tech space with Market Leader Inc. At Zillow, he was most recently senior vice president of real estate software, which included ShowingTime, dotloop and Zillow Showcase among other offerings.
