In July 2024, Valdes left his role as chief growth officer at eXp Realty, overseeing the company’s growth internationally and in the commercial space, to focus on the international expansion of LPT Realty. The cloud-based brokerage launched just two years ago and had reached 25 states by the end of 2023 and added 13 more in 2024. Valdes will now helm the effort to bring the LPT agent-centric model to Canada and other international markets.
