The company, which private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners acquired in 2019, provides national property data including tax, deed, mortgage, foreclosure, natural hazard and more on over 155 million residential and commercial properties in the U.S. In 2021, the company acquired national property database GeoData Plus.
