Srivatsaa joined The Real Brokerage as president in late 2022 with a focus on accelerating the agent-centered tech platform’s growth, which has been remarkable. The firm is now the nation’s 18th largest brokerage, and experienced one of the biggest leaps in growth from 2022 to 2023 among the US’s largest firms. Real operates in all 50 U.S. states, D.C., and Canada. Srivatsaa is also chairman of real estate private equity company ARC Multifamily Group.
