Navab leads the operations at Compass, the nation’s largest brokerage with over 28,000 agents who do more than $225 billion in annual sales. The firm acquired large Austin, Texas-based brokerage Realty Austin in 2023. Before joining Compass in 2018, Neda worked at Google in a division focused on building smart cities. The Harvard Business School grad is a second-generation real estate professional.
