Bushard in May 2024 joined Re/Max Results as its president following the retirement of her father John Collopy. The Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based Re/Max Results had nearly $6 billion in U.S. sales, making it the sixth largest franchisee in the nation by annual sales volume. Previously, Bushard was general manager of an affiliated company, Results Title, for close to 15 years.
