As CEO of Sandy, Utah-based Equity Real Estate, Ketterling oversees a fee-based brokerage with over 3,600 agents in 18 states who do $6.3 billion in annual sales. He is also a branch broker for the 300-agent Equity office, Equity Real Estate Advantage. Ketterling began working in real estate in 1998 with Realty Executives and went on to Re/Max before joining Equity in 2010.
