The Elsea brothers, Dan and Stuart, serve as co-presidents of Real Estate One, the country’s 26th largest brokerage. Founded by their grandfather, Staunton Elsea, in 1929, the firm has become Michigan’s largest real estate brokerage with nearly 2,000 agents who do over $5.6 billion in annual sales. A fourth generation of Elseas are now making their debut within the company, starting at the bottom just like the Dan and Elsea did in the early 1980s.
