Fregenal leads the publicly held, North Carolina-based Fathom Holdings, which integrates residential brokerage, mortgage, title and technology offerings. Fathom in November 2024 acquired Arizona-based My Home Group, one of the nation’s largest brokerages by sales volume, to expand its national footprint and grow its agent network 9% to 12,383. The company also revamped its agent commission plans to accelerate sustainable growth. Its new Fathom Max plan offers a transaction fee of $465 with a $9,000 annual cap while the Fathom Share plan features a 12% commission split with a $12,000 annual cap.
